Join Heather Pemberton for a chat about her debut novel, Hidden Below, inspired by the history of Valley Forge in Weston, CT.
Weston author Heather Pemberton's debut thriller, HIDDEN BELOW blends local history with suspense. Set in a fictionalized version of Weston, the novel follows journalist Laney Brooks as she investigates mysterious fires threatening historic homes connected to a village buried beneath the local reservoir - mirroring the real-life creation of Saugatuck Reservoir. Pemberton weaves familiar local landmarks into a tense narrative of buried secrets and present-day danger.
