Local Patriots & Loyalists of the American Revolution - An exhibit researched and curated by WHCC Interns Isabella DeFrancesco and Graham Young

Learn about people from Weston/Fairfield, Wilton/Norwalk and Ridgefield who either fought for the cause of Independence or decided to remain loyal to the King of England. View Revolutionary War cannonballs, bayonet and a replica pistol as well as blacksmith tools that would have been used by soldiers during the war.

Explore the lives of local Revolutionary War veterans: Isaac Godfrey, Fanton Beers, Daniel Andrews, Cato Treadwell, Ned Freedom and the Jacklin Family. Then learn about others who remained loyal to the crown.
